Returns & Right of Withdrawal
At ARTEMESIA, as a consumer, you are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days for most online purchases.
The cooling-off period begins on the day after your order is received.
Within this period, you may indicate that you wish to cancel your purchase without giving any reason.

After your notification, you will receive return instructions from us.
Return period
Once you have notified us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal, you must return the products as soon as possible in accordance with the return instructions we have provided.
Condition of the product
You may inspect and assess a product as you would be allowed to do in a physical store.
We request that you return the product, if reasonably possible, complete and in its original packaging.
If a product has been used more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, any depreciation may be charged to the customer.
Return costs
The costs for returning a product are at the customer's expense, unless we indicate otherwise or the product was delivered incorrectly, damaged, or defective.
Refund
When you legally exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payment received in accordance with statutory regulations.
In the event of a return, we may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have provided proof that the product has been sent back.
Defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered?
Have you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product? Please contact us as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp. If possible, please include photos so that we can quickly assess the problem.
