Shipping Policy

At ARTEMESIA, we aim to process and ship every order carefully. We currently ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. Below you can find the shipping rates for these destinations.

Free shipping on orders of €50 or more applies to deliveries to the Netherlands and Belgium. You can check the applicable shipping costs at checkout before placing your order.

Processing and delivery

Products in our current range are stored in our own warehouse. We carefully process orders for items in stock and usually hand them over to the carrier no later than the next business day.

Netherlands: estimated delivery within 2–6 business days.
Belgium: estimated delivery within 2–10 business days. These estimates include processing your order in our warehouse.

These delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may take longer during holidays, busy periods or due to carrier delays. If we offer a product shipped directly by a supplier in the future, a different delivery time may apply; we will indicate this on the product page. If you have a question about the delivery of your order, please contact us.

Tracking your order

When a Track & Trace code is available for your shipment, you will receive it by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address carefully before checkout. If you discover a mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will see what changes are possible.

Damaged or incorrectly delivered orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. If possible, include your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
